At Moderns Girls, we want you to love what you buy. That’s why we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase for US customers.

Return Conditions

For your return to be accepted:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Original packaging should be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Return

  1. Initiate your return through your online account
  2. Print the prepaid return label
  3. Package your items securely
  4. Drop off at any authorized carrier location

Processing Time

  • Allow 3-5 business days for us to receive your return
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection
  • Original payment method will be credited

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (marked as such)
  • Swimwear with hygiene tags removed
  • Personalized or altered items
  • Gift cards

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer refunds only. For a different size or color, please place a new order.

Damaged/Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and process an immediate replacement or refund.
